    Yes. Rather than charging more for tiers of contacts we charge one fee for unlimited contacts, clients, proposals, tasks, projects, documents, and more. It helps keep things simple.

  • Is there a free trial?

    Yes. You can use all features of LokCRM with no limitations for 30 days.

  • Why is there no free tier?

    If you’re a dedicated freelancer setting up winning proposals and a CRM takes some commitment. We’ll help you. If you’ve got one paying client, you’ll see the value in our platform is worth 10x the cost. We offer 30 days free and the next 60 days to get a full refund.

  • How does storage work?

    Documents and files uploaded count towards storage space. If you have more than one user, each user’s storage amount counts towards the entire team. So 1 business with 2 users would have a total of 10GB of available space. Since we store PDF’s generated by the system along with digital signatures and more, we charge a service cost for space.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    We understand the ups and downs of freelance work. You are free to pause, start or cancel your plan anytime.
